Our ideal candidates are experienced and proven craft beer professionals who are looking for full time and long term employment. This is not an entry level position. Candidates should have strong knowledge of beer styles and a minimum of two years bartending and/or serving experience. An innate ability to work quickly and efficiently is essential. Bartenders are cross-trained to do both job duties serving behind the bar and on the dining room floor and are expected to perform in either position with equal skill as necessary.
Experience in high-volume bars or restaurants is an asset, although not required for our support roles. We are happy to invest training into motivated individuals. If you are a bar and restaurant industry professional with knowledge of food, wine and spirits and are serious about getting into craft beer but don’t feel you have the knowledge we still encourage you to apply.
Kitchen roles include basic food preparation and use of meat slicer and panini press. Our menu is simple and focuses on Italian antipasto and small plates. This hybrid role will also train you with basic bartending & floor skills that may be essential if you wish to learn Front of House.
