On Saturday, April 13th we are humbled to host brewer and founder of Brasserie Auval (Val-d'Espoir, Québec) Ben Couillard and ten of his beers on tap for the first time in Ontario. Doors will open at 2pm and the following beers will be available on tap until supplies last.
Dieu Du Ciel! Péché Day is back for another edition on Saturday, March 23rd from 11am-2am at Birreria Volo (612 College St.). We are excited to be one of the 68 bars hosting the event simultaneously around the world. There will be a total of 7 unique variations of Dieu Du Ciel! Péché Mortel served plus a few other local dark beers to celebrate the occasion.

Zwanze Day is a world-wide celebratory release of a limited one-off lambic beer made by Brasserie Cantillon.

On Thursday, May 31st from 5pm-2am we are featuring 10 beers on tap from our pals MERIT Brewing (Hamilton, Ontario) and launching our collaborative brew on tap called "The Other Side" (Rye Saison w. Italian Plums). We will also be firing up the grill on the patio with some sausages made by MERIT !

Almanac focuses on farm-to-barrel brewing which is about selecting the best in locally sourced fruit and blending it into beers inspired by the great brewing traditions of the world.

When Cory Bonfiglio of Beer Street agreed to help us curate the NYC feature at this years Cask Days we thought it was a good idea to collaborate on a special draft feature at Volo during that same weekend. On Thursday, October 19th (the eve of Cask Days) we will be tapping a special line of up of kegs from in and around the New York City area plus some special beers from Ontario, Maine, Oregon, California and Belgium.
