On Saturday, September 28th from 2pm-2am Birreria Volo is honoured to be one of the 72 selected locations in the world to host Zwanze Day, an annual release of a limited one-off lambic beer made by Brasserie Cantillon. In addition to Zwanze we will host the Bellwoods Witchstock afterparty featuring a handful of participating breweries on tap.
On Saturday, September 14th Birreria Volo will celebrate our 3rd year anniversary with 12 beers from Jester King (Austin, Texas) and some local favourites on tap. Starting at 2pm the following beers will be available:

On Thursday, August 8th starting at 4pm Birreria Volo welcomes Birrificio Italiano from Como, Italy to Ontario for the first time. We will be pouring their iconic Tipopils along side 7 other draft beers until supplies last:

On Saturday, April 13th we are humbled to host brewer and founder of Brasserie Auval (Val-d'Espoir, Québec) Ben Couillard and ten of his beers on tap for the first time in Ontario. Doors will open at 2pm and the following beers will be available on tap until supplies last.
Dieu Du Ciel! Péché Day is back for another edition on Saturday, March 23rd from 11am-2am at Birreria Volo (612 College St.). We are excited to be one of the 68 bars hosting the event simultaneously around the world. There will be a total of 7 unique variations of Dieu Du Ciel! Péché Mortel served plus a few other local dark beers to celebrate the occasion.
Hours: December 26th-31st (2pm-2am). December 24th & 25th Closed. From January 1st-13th Birreria Volo will be closed. Starting Wednesday, December 26th Birreria Volo will tap the following special beers and feature them until new years eve (or until supplies last):

Cask Days celebrates the love for cask ale: unpasteurized, unfiltered and naturally carbonated beer that is served direct from a cask barrel, and showcases more than 400 beers and ciders from producers across Canada and the United States. This three-day festival has an audience of over 10,000 attendees, and will feature new beers being tapped each day.

On Thursday, May 31st from 5pm-2am we are featuring 10 beers on tap from our pals MERIT Brewing (Hamilton, Ontario) and launching our collaborative brew on tap called "The Other Side" (Rye Saison w. Italian Plums). We will also be firing up the grill on the patio with some sausages made by MERIT !

On Saturday, April 28th starting at 2pm we will be featuring 12 beers on tap from Almanac Beer Co. of San Diego, California for the first time in Ontario!. Almanac focuses on farm-to-barrel brewing which is about selecting the best in locally sourced fruit and blending it into beers inspired by the great brewing traditions of the world.
On Thursday, April 12th, 2018 starting at 5pm we will be featuring 10 beers on tap from our friends at Dominion City (Ottawa, Ontario) and debuting our collaboration beer "Slice Of Life" Key Lime Pale Ale.
