Dieu Du Ciel! Péché Day is back for another edition on Saturday, March 23rd from 11am-2am at Birreria Volo (612 College St.). We are excited to be one of the 68 bars hosting the event simultaneously around the world. There will be a total of 7 unique variations of Dieu Du Ciel! Péché Mortel served plus a few other local dark beers to celebrate the occasion.
Cask Days is upon us which means there is a lot of special beer coming into the city for the weekend. Birreria Volo will tap the following beers starting on Thursday evening. This week our hours will be: Monday-Friday (7pm-2am), Saturday (4pm-2am), Sunday & Monday Closed. Regular hours resume Wednesday.
On Saturday, September 29th, 2018 Birreria Volo is honoured to be one of the 66 locations in the world (18 countries) chosen by Brasserie Cantillon (Brussels, Belgium) to host Zwanze Day 2018 (our sixth year in a row!). Zwanze Day is a world-wide celebratory release of a limited one-off lambic beer made by Brasserie Cantillon.

Cask Days celebrates the love for cask ale: unpasteurized, unfiltered and naturally carbonated beer that is served direct from a cask barrel, and showcases more than 400 beers and ciders from producers across Canada and the United States. This three-day festival has an audience of over 10,000 attendees, and will feature new beers being tapped each day.
