From the witches...

Join us for a GRAPE WITCH X BIRRERIA VOLO celebration of wild fermented beer and wine. Beers that taste like wine (salty! concentrated! savoury! the best!), wild wines that taste like beer (sour! textured! cloudy! our everything!). Taste a bunch of orange wine (not made from oranges!) and learn the magic that is lambic.

Before our main party at 8 pm we are doing a collaboration education hour. THREE cool ass beers presented by Tomas, THREE cool ass wines presented by us, a whole lot of the most special drinks we can imagine consuming on a Thursday in August (on their perfect back patio, of course).

One session with time for questions and discussion. As always these are special products not available at the LCBO. Learn about the best beers, the best wines and how to get them - all while probably having the best time.

This session is a bit more than our regular education hours as we are blowing the budget with some insanely expensive nice samples. We are talking the most special orange wines every sommelier takes the same photograph of that we are opening by the glass because we are wild and free!

After Education Hour the main party opens at 8 pm and runs till dawn. Let's do this.
